Are you proud of three Japanese scientists?
The other day three Japanese scientists awarded
the 2014 Nobel Prize in Physics for developing blue
light-emitting diodes( LEDs ).
LEDs are now used in a lot of products such as
traffic lights, large-screen displays and room lights.
LED lamps are now replacing incandescent bulbs
and fluorescent lights because they have a longer span
in spite of consuming less power.
You can see LED lights even in our clinic. LEDs
replaced all the lights in unit areas last year and it
has been much brighter. Also, did you notice the
lights in the bathroom are exchanged into LEDs
about a month ago?
The bathroom now looks more gorgeous and
luxurious. If you haven't experienced it, come
and see us to check it out.
